Service Options

 Choose your level of service:

We do as little or as much as you want us to do. We take the pain out of entertaining.

Pick Up
We place your chosen items in disposable pans for you to pick up. 
Add $2.50 per person for nice disposable plates and cutlery.
Drop Off
We will place your chosen items in disposable pans, and bring the pans to your location. No set up.
Add 10% of order ($75.00 minimum).

Basic Buffet Without Table Service
We come to your location, set up the buffet, and keep it serviced. Drinks are set up at a drink station for your guests to help themselves. Includes 1 hour set up, 2 hour service, and 1 hour cleanup (buffet area only).Add $375.00. 
Buffet With Table Service
We come to your location, set up the buffet, our staff will fill and refill your guests’ drinks, and help bus tables. Includes 1 hour set up, 2 hour service, and 1 hour cleanup (buffet area only). Add $5.00 per person,minimum 100 guests.
Served Buffet Without Table Service
We come to your location, set up the buffet, and serve your guests at the buffet. Drinks are set up at a drink station for your guests to help themselves. Includes 1 hour set up, 2 hour service, and 1 hour cleanup (buffet area only). Add $7.50 per person, minimum 100 guests.
Served Buffet With Table Service
We come to your location, set up the buffet, serve your guests at the buffet, our staff will fill and refill drinks your guests’ drinks, and help bus tables. Includes 1 hour set up, 2 hour service, and 1 hour cleanup (buffet area only). Add $10.00 per person, minimum 100 guests.
Plated Dinner Service
We come to your location, plate your dinner in the kitchen, our servers bring the plates to your guests’ seat and take care of their every need. This is the most formal type of service. Add $12.00 per person, minimum 100 guests.
Set Up Crew
We come approximately 2-3 hours before your event to throw table clothes, set tables, help with décor, and make sure everything is ready and in place. Add $3.00 per person, minimum 100 guests.
Clean up Crew
We will stay until the end of your event and take care of your clean up. Will clean buffet area, reception area, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Includes mopping of hard floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, all hard surfaces cleaned, table breakdown, help breakdown/cleanup décor, etc. Pricing starts at $850.00.

Administration  Fee:               15-18% on all food, beverages, and services*
What this is: We do not charge you for every piece of equipment we use such as chafing dishes and fuel, serving utensils, props, … We do not charge you for time used to secure products, write proposals,  and other administrative costs, which can be very time consuming.  Instead we charge a flat 15- 18% of the total invoice to cover these costs. This is not a gratuity. 15% for parties over $7500, before tax. 18% for parties less than $7500, before tax.
